The Friesian Horse Association of New England, (FHANE) is the newest North East Chapter including Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, New York and Pennsylvania. This is a group of Friesian horse owners who enjoy and promote the Friesian horse breed.
To foster an educated community of equestrians who first and foremost promote, preserve and protect the welfare of the Friesian horse and foster fairness in competition.
